Commercial terms for ordering and using HGT Med.
Overview
HGT Med is supplied under the selected annual plan. Payment confirmation is required before delivery and onboarding.
Trial and permitted use
The 30-day trial begins on first setup. Copying, unauthorised redistribution, source disclosure, circumvention of product controls and reverse engineering are prohibited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Customer responsibilities
The pharmacy remains responsible for lawful dispensing, GST and drug-licence compliance, user access, accurate records, printer configuration, backups and professional review of medicine-safety warnings. Connected AI and clinical decision-support tools do not replace a qualified healthcare professional.
Annual plans and support
Annual access requires timely renewal. Service may be restricted for non-payment, misuse or breach of commercial terms. Support, migration and implementation scope depend on the selected plan and written order confirmation.
