Overview
Customer and business information is used for order fulfilment, support and legal compliance.
Information collected
Order, contact, payment-reference, pharmacy and support information may be processed to deliver and support HGT Med. Patient, prescription and pharmacy transaction records are designed to remain in the customer-controlled local application unless the customer explicitly uses a connected service. The public visitor counter uses a one-way identifier derived from the active website session and stores no patient or pharmacy transaction information.
Retention and protection
Records are retained only as required for order administration, accounting, support and legal obligations. Access is restricted, and sensitive configuration must remain outside public web access.
Your choices
You may contact HostGate Technologies to correct business contact information or ask about applicable retention. Legal and accounting records may need to be preserved where required by law.
